Has anyone had any problems with them? What should I expect?
I just got a set off of evogear.com for 199.00 shipped... My old CT boots have broken on me... so I had to get something fast.

I ordered mine from the same place, EvoGear, but i gotta say I'm envious of the price! I picked up mine for 250 lol

This is the greatest wakeboard boot I've ever ridden. The boot maintains contact with your whole foot, giving you a very locked in feel. The boot is ALWAYS in contact with the board, there is NO HEEL LIFT at all. The ribbed footbed feels amazing, and compresses so much on hard landings its amazing. My knees are very thankful for this purchase. It took me two good sets to break in the footbed, but even while breaking it in it was still much more comfy than my 07 3DS boots. The boot is softer up top, allowing you to poke out tricks easily without generating pressure points which was a major problem with my 3DS boots. I have been EXTREMELY impressed with the workmanship in these boots. VERY VERY VERY High quality, and from what i've seen, and form everybody i've talked to, they last. Which is great for me being on a tighter budget.

The only "downside" if you can even call it one is that they are slightly heavy when compared so some other boots. However, for the boot your getting, its VERY easy to overlook.

I love the Shanes and am very sure you'll love them too. Let me know what ya think man!

Well you picked up a great boot. I went from 2004 Parks to 2007 Shane's CT and will never go back. I rode mine for 2 sets and blew out the back heel where the plate meets. I took them to the local pro shop and they said they had huge problems with the 2007 Shanes right where mine ripped. They gave me no problems and I walked out with a pair of 2008's. Keep an eye out on them and you will be fine.

good for you walt....

They had a 20% off price for 3 days. It ended yesterday. I bought my wife a new snowboard and bindings also. She was going to be needing it super bad this season!

I hope if they start falling apart.... that evogear will swap them out.
