How do you all fill in a 2x1/4 inch gouge in your board?

Use appoxy to fill in the hole. Make sure that the appoxy dries hard and covers the hole so there is no air bubbles in the whole and so there is a seal around the edges. Then sand down the appoxy flush with the board. This is how we repair skis and wakeboards at my work. I also did it to my wakeboard when I stomped it on a rock by accident. It worked really well.
