Sheppard AFB

Gonna be stationed at Sheppard AFB in TX for 3 months starting July, just wondering if anyone rides around there? from what i can see there is a few lakes. The Base is by Wichita Falls

I was down there TDY and managed to hitch a ride with some folks at the dock about 2 years ago on Lake Arrow Head.

Johan I will ask my buddy and see if he knows anyone that rides out there since he stationed there as well. Whats your job in the air force????

Check out the Fam Camp the base runs over at Texoma. It is a bit of a haul but might be worth it.
Check the forums at Dallaswakeboarding.com too. SPF is the first weekend in August out at Eufaula. Let us know if and when you make it Sheppard.

If ur in tech school man your not going to have anytime to board. I think when I was there 2 or 3 years ago you had to wait like 3 weeks to go off base and even then you had to wear blues. I think by the 4th week you can go off in actual civilian clothes. Good luck man.

hey ya i know i couldn't if i was new to tech but im cross training so i wont be going threw all that crap again. i just go to school and that's it

Oh, well then you will have plenty of time to ride . . . my buddy says he knows someone with a boat, but it's not anything special so, if you want me to try to get the guys number from him I can.
