As those familar with ballistic fabric know, Kevlar doesn't sand it fuzzes. Zylon has a LOT of the same attributes. :-)

Nice clean install, right? :-)

My secret weapon! Kevlar and Zylon resist abrasion and bullets, but when I was ready to burn the stupid board...I got the bright idea. :-) Kevlar and Zylon burn :-)

...there will never be intestacy? :-) Actually the better byline here is where there's smoke, there's burning Zylon and Kevlar and a frustrated builder. :-)

would it have been easier if you installed boxes first then Zcloth???

I would have had to cut openingsfor the boxes, otherwise I'm still faced with the fuzzing issue. When I did a test - bagging just a bit that was pre cut, I couldn't control the size of the opening of the cut. As the bag would start to consolidate the fabric, the "cut" would stretch or grow. I'll need to revisit that concept though. Thanks Mark!

Jeff , next time install box then Zcloth , lam then hot coat to gain the stiffness needed to keep box flex under control. i remember you saying we need to keep fins from flexing.
