Don't drive around with ur docking lights!

i was surfing with a few friends at about dusk so i threw on the docking lights, and rear transom lights, i get pulled over and he gave me a ticket for my docking lights being on and my rear light, along with mc's were not block letters, and along with my registration tag was not 3 inches' apart, i measured it and its 2. so i left the water with 3 tickets for no apparent reason, i hate marine cops, don't they have anything else to do??????????? and i was the only one on the lake to.
