Rocker types

hey i need some help on rocker types. what are the differences between like an aggresive 3 stage or continous. i just want to know how they are all different thanks

3stage will boot you high, more for a wake to wake style.
continous will be more of a predictable pop and will send you into the flats.

it is more of a description of "abrupt" though but i think they are close to the same... if not someone else will step in and enlighten us all

Try a board with a more hybrid rocker, where its a 3 stage without the flat spot. Still super poppy but also lands real soft. Its like the murray boards or my LF witness. it rules!

The murray is probably the board that fits the deffinition of HYBRID the best of any board right now
