I've got a 03 x-30 w/ internal ballast, took it out for the first time after winterization but my tanks wouldn't fill, any suggestions why?

Do the pumps run? - if not check your fuses.

If your 03 is anything like my 02 x-10 I believe the pumps should be on circuit breakers. Reach up under the panel the ballast switches are located on, you should feel three nipples, each one should be almost directly under the switch it corresponds to. Pushing in on the nipples should reset the circuit.
