I am wondering if anyone has experience riding both SAN 210 and malibu V-Ride? I rode at 70', 23.7mph and 1,000lbs lead ballast on a SAN this weekend and could clear the wake easily and liked the set-up. I am wondering about converting to my V-ride with Illusion tower (seems like the rope attachment is further back but not sure). I have 500lbs ballast and am wondering about speed and set-up. I usually ride at 60' and 20mph but am apparently going a bit slow/short. Thoughts?

if you ask me go a little fast and then slow it down and you wont be so scured to go for a good progressive edge you you wont have to try so hard to clear the wakes 70 feet back on a bu. 60' is really short if you ask me. i bet your getting all kinds of prop wash in your face.

I ride my boat 23mph at 78ft.
I ride my buddies 04 vlx 23.5mph at 75ft.

The shorter line, and bump in speed behind the vlx helps make up for the lack of abrupt pop behind my boat.
