Everyone,

I just wanted to post and clarify some information about the SFWA Wake-n-Skate Rail Jam this weekend in West Palm Beach.

The entry fees are as follows:

1. Pro Wakeboard-$60
2. Pro Wakeskate-$60
3. Am Wakeboard-$40
4. Am Wakeskate-$40

So here is the clarification part:

1. The tournament is open to everyone. You do not have to be a member of the SFWA to participate nor do you have to join the SFWA to participate.
2. The entry fee covers everything to participate. Riding and insurance. So if you want to join the Am Wakeskate, it is $40 dollars and that is it, nothing more.
3. You can join more then one group.
4. The "pro" and "am" designations mean nothing. It is totally up to you as to which group you join. The prize money is greater in the pro division so the competition will probably be as well. If you think you ride at that level then do so. There is no predetermined criteria for either group.
5. Still open spots and you can sign up that morning. Registration starts at 8:00am.

Here are some photos of three of the four rails to be used at the event. The four one is being installed tomorrow and will be an a-frame-ish type thing. I will post pictures of it. These are in the lake and can be hit now.

Again, sign up and more information at www.sfwake.com
