I have a pair of 6x9 sony explodes and i want to know if anyone has any ideas for homemade waterproof canisters so i can put them and leave them on the tower. I put them on the tower last summer in some regular boxes and not only did it look ghetto but it was a big pain taking them on and off.
thanks

6" pvc pipe, you can use plexiglass end caps or buy the expensive caps that fit the pvc

I'd be interested in seeing a 6x9 wedged into pvc pipe!

Here's something a little more expensive, but still pretty affordable:

Check out the 2002 closeouts.

For mounting, you can use U-bolts or get quick release tower clamps from www.ryno-gear.com.

I got my white AudioFormz shell for a 12" sub. It's beautiful!

I can't wait to get a driver to install in it...

I also have the audioformz
Impressive company. The enclosure
actually came with 4 different sets of screws for
different methods of mounting the driver
and a specific drill bit for each set!

I'll get it installed this weekend.
