Give Credit where Credit is due

Bought a pair of 04 Boss bindings about a month ago. After the third run I pulled on the lace to retighten the lower section and one of the eyelets just busted off. I sent an e-mail to CWB to see what I needed to do and recieved a return e-mail just asking what size, year, etc. they were and if I wanted to send the binding back or have them send the part to me. The lady I dealt with was Amanda Wolf and she was awesome. I recieved the part within four days. I just wanted to again give credit to not only CWB for standing behind their products but also the friendly professional staff they have working for them. Thanks Amanda.
