Next thing you know they start to cause the big wakes coming off wakeboard boats and large cruisers. Then the delta closes to all watercraft and we're stuck to going to lakes.
Let's hope they don't get stupid.

This levee break happened at the end of a 5 mph area. Wakes probably had no effect.

So is the rest of the Delta rideable? I know the Delta is giant, but I'm proving my ignorance when it comes to the region.

Yes it is, there is less than a mile stretch being restricted.
