From what i have heard that is an awesome board, Joe Umali has had some things to say about it... i personally have never ridden it. Hopefully he will pop in here and give you a personal opinion since he has ridden it.
well... if you wanted to go with something designed similarly then I would get something with the features described for the blade such as:
1. a hybrid three-stage rocker such as "blended rocker" "progressive threestage" "progressive continuous" and other such phrases. basicaly a rocker line that mimics both continuous and threestage.
2. sharp and or cupped rails at the tip and tail of the board
3. multiple fins and or molded in fins
4. center beam or other bottom features for soft landing
5. around 140 cm in length (this is easy to find in any board shape though)
shon g mentioned the transcend
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard8.asp?ProductID=3413 from the description it seems to have similar features for each of the 4 descriptions
he mentioned the Marius
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=3942 also this has many matching similarities, but the rocker type is more "continuous" but curves more on the sides than the middle which is how the blindside wolf is described (same as your board) so it sounds like a likely candidate too. Also many people testify of its soft landings.
adding to the list is
CWB ABSOLUTE
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard8.asp?ProductID=3408 Gator Board's Gonzales
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4175 if you are REALLY wanting A LOT of Traction and bite then this one might be too loose...
Hyperlite B-Side
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4223 This one fits the same descriptions especially the rocker shape ("blended") but may also be laking on a SUPREME SUPER BITING traction
Hyperlite Murray
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4220 a little on the pricy side and with a one-of-a-kind-unique blended rocker. might be lacking on the tracking and super soft landings.
Hyperlite Tribute
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4234 This board has a KEY feature down to keen detail (which i did not point out on your blindside blade) similar to yours which is the curved rails/fins on the tip and tail. The fins are very long and are a sure winner on tracking, but nothing is mentioned about soft landings, nevertheless it is a progressive continuous rocker, which mimics the 3-stage but is softer than 3-stage generally
Liquid Force Lyman
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=3989 FOUR fins--> another winner for tracking. Seems it fits other criteria too
Liquid Force Witness
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4017 Obrien Valhala
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4321 using the "crook" fins will surely hold you down. other features are close resemblances
Obrien Vice
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4324 similar to valhala above
Ronix Covin
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=3901 more of a continuous rocker but mimics the threestage rocker similar as your current board
Ronix frontier
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=3909 F.Y.I. I have Never ridden ANY of these boards personally, i simply recommended them based on simple research. get some opinions about ones that interest you and try to demo if at all possible. Sorry if i gave you too many choices. its simply a nearly exhaustive list of what i thought was similar to your board from each of the major companies.
From personal experience the only board I could recommend is the slingshot recoil
http://www.wakeworld.com/boardguide/getboard9.asp?ProductID=4204 it is not a "hybrid rocker" but the flex of the board changes so much of the boards performance as compared to other boards that the rocker could possibly be considered "hybrid." I think it may lack your flavor of tracking too. Flex boards are relatively new and increasing in popularity. if you get a chance test one out to see if it is something you would enjoy. Personally i don't think i will ride anything other than a flex board such as slingshot again.
