I was shopping for gifts the other day when I came across the following item. Upload

It's an X Games wakeboarding figure from 2004. I'd never seen this before, and for $4 each, I bought a couple of them to send to fellow riders.

That got me thinking about cool holiday gifts that don't bust the wallet too badly. We all love a sport that can get spendy, but we all love getting gifts that reflect the sport of wakeboarding or that can be used when we ride.

So let's all put some suggestions for gifts that fellow riders will enjoy. Mine would be the wake calendar (http://wakeboardingcalendar.com). A few people reading this thread will be getting one of these from my family this year (yeah, you Alex! It gives all year long!

So start putting your suggestions out there: Clothes, accessories, even lessons might work. Let's hear how you'll share wakeboarding during the holiday season.

Thats a great idea Joe!
In the past Ive given: calendar, mag subscription, DVD, boardshort. All run under the less than $50 category. I also once made my boyfriend a mock wakeboarding magazine where he was in the cover, articles, ads, and I was in one of the ads as well... it was funny and he loved it!

I would love to find a wakeboarding ornament for or tree. Be sure to post if you happen to find one in your online shopping travels.
