My wife thinks 80 degree water is cold. She also hates putting on and taking off a wetsuit. What I'd really like to find for her is a long sleeve front zip wetsuit jacket that she can easily take on and off as she gets in and out of the water.

Does what I want exist and where can I get one?

Nobody makes them anymore. Front zippers are uncomfortable when surfing (you lay on the board), while riding (it lets the cold air in), and especially while bending over. A few SCUBA wetsuits are front zip, but they are typically very thick (5+mm) and the zipper is diagonal to avoid the bending over discomfort.

my advice - get her a long sleeve shorty. I just got my girl one, and she loves it (oneill bahia). she likes it better than her full suit. Also, whats the issue with putting it on and off, we (guys and girls), usually unzip after a set, pull the top down to the waist and throw a hoodie on. if we're out for quick sets, we stay suited up while others ride.

She would be warmer in a L/S neoprene pullover. A lot of different companies make them. My Xcel is super warm and comfy.
