I hit a stump on July 5th and messed the boat up pretty good

got the boat back and it's as good as new (thanks Tony at WaterSki America!)

I went boarding this morning for the first time since

I gotta admit, I haven't been working out since the end of June. Getting back on the wake board this morning sent my old muscles and joints screamin. I guess it's gunna take a few more outtings to get back into it.

I'm getting the itch to attack the back roll again. This morning I tried the learnwake approach of load and release in the flats. After feeling that type of pop and pull, I think that once I am back into good wakeboard shape (shouldn't take to long), I am going to try the flip in the flats.

then the 1 wake roll

then perhaps....at 45....I will finally have my invert

thanks for "listening".....

Good luck on your roll Cliff. Trying it in the flats sounds like a recipe for disaster. If you don't throw it to revert you might dig the nose in and put a hurt'n on yourself. I'd just go for the wake 2 wake. Load up the fat sacs and make that wake big enough to give you a good boost. My motto is the bigger the wake the easier.
