It looks to me like the slip is designed for a longer boat, and they parked too far forward on it. Not sure how it got that high and then tipped, though. Maybe wind, or someone hopped on the bow to get in the boat after it was up.

From what I heard the Damn on Lake Kisamacewchie in Wa. broke and the water level came up real high and lifted the boat off the bunks.

All you would have to do is lower the back end, slowly, and pump the water out, and go riding...

byrd i don't think it's that easy because the bow probably has mud all over it and the carpet would be soaked as all getout
