Does anyone know anything about northern Italy. ...As it relates to wakeboarding... I am moving there in the winter and was wondering if I should take my board. Thanks for advice.

Kenny that is true about gas but being a service member he can buy on base or buy his gas ration for much cheaper and fill up off base.

he was asking about taking his board, not boat.

I am living on base and the base price is 5 cents higher than the chevron out in town. They say they pay all the taxes (BULL-SHEET!)and such so it should be atleast 25 cents cheaper but its not.

do they have cable parks near Avaino? I used to be in the Air Force, but still work with them as a civilian. If they have cable parks I might look into getting a TDY over there

Mike, I am stationed in Germany and board 1-2 times a week at cable parks. There are a ton of cableparks in Europe. I would check out cablewakeboard.com before I decided sell your gear. Hope this helps.

Mike, I'm not sure how far Aviano is from Giaveno (just outside Torino) but there was a wakeboard school on a small lake that used a MC X1. The instructor was based in Milan (about 1 hour drive away) and would come in on the weekends to instruct. I will try to see if I still have their brochure when I get home tonight.
