wrap handle help

hi i just got this new wrap handle and im having trouble figuring this stuff out. can someone please tell me how to do the following things. and PLEASE say lead hand rather than left hand it would help a lot thanks in advance.

backside 180
frontside 360
backside 360
blind 180

and any others if i missed any thanks!

a blind 180 and a backside 180 are the same thing.

basically if you want to turn frontside, pull the rope across your body and grab it behind your back with your lead hand. your rear hand holds the wrap handle.

if you want to wrap up for a backside spin, pull the rope behind your body and grab the handle behind your back with your rear hand. then your lead hand holds the wrap handle.
