So as a winter project here in CO I was thinking of trying to build my own board. I was going to start with a 2" Foam from building insulation, 25 psi foam I believe. I was curious if there were any good websites for a "how to" on the subject, or a "how to" thread, I couldn't find one. Thanks for the help guys

Great fun! If the 25 PSI is the compressive strength rating, that is @ 2 pound foam, should be adequate for a wakesurfer. Please share the experience.

If that foam is the white beaded and not pink or blue, you are looking for the references for EPS and EPOXY.
