lake tulloch resort...off-season prices?

we're thinking of spending a weekend up at tulloch later this month. anyone know what the pricing is like on the rooms? i'm assuming it's off-season pricing right now, right?

Hey Joe, where do you stay there. I didn't know they had rooms. Its mostly houseboats everywhere and we just can't usually swing that.

Les, You're definitely thinking of a different lake. I've never seen a houseboat on Tulloch.
