Steeze is a combination of two words.

Style + ease = STEEZE

If something is both stylish and easy looking, it is considered to be steezy.

"that nose grab off 3 was steezy"

Wrong... It's what you get when you rub up against a sleeze in a bar. From what I've been told, if you don't wash it off quickly, you can get a nasty rash!
