Good camping spots for wakeboarding?

Hi everyone. I just got a truck camper and I'm
looking for good spots to go camping here are the
pre-requisites:

-Clean campgrounds with electrical hook ups
(my wife is pregnant and may not go out on
boat all the time)Forests would be nice.

-Close to GREAT water (it's elusive in So-cal).

-Easy to reach. from Southern California
