My newest board art

The ravages of age have taken a toll on my waistline this year - well that and poptarts :-)

So I added a Shred Stixx JaMako to my quiver and now and new Walker Project F-18 in 4'9" and I added an extra inch in the width. In recently moving my office I uncovered a copy of Pink Floyd's the Wall CD case - the inspiration for the artwork. Old Men Rule :-)

Also, Ed Sullivan - man of the hour in bringing to fruition the Socito Wakefest as part of the AWSA's long term goals of taking wakesurfing to the mid west - will be receiving this custom F-18 in appreciation for his tireless efforts and for the incresae in awareness to the sport he has provided.

Ed, you are a pioneer in the sport and will long be remembered for your contributions. I really apprecaite all that you have done.

For those of you too young to remember, the graphic in the middle of the board is from the golden age of TV - The Ed Sullivan Show. :-)

Both James and you have made a lot of neat art work with the Walker boards. Just like album cover art is an extension of music the board art is an extension of wakeboarding or boarding sports in general.

Can't wait for wakefest.
