Hey guys, I know a few people from HO/Byerly read these boards, so I was hoping to get some help with a problem...I'm having no luck contacting BoardersMall for a standard warranty issue on a couple of boards I got from them after 3 weeks of attempted calls, voicemails, emails, etc, and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what my options were? Am I able to warranty these two boards directly through HO/Byerly, or do I have to go through the dealer, and if so, then what are my options as far as getting in contact with someone?
