Back ground info:
2001 Tige 21i, ran perfect last fall, when it went into storage for the winter it got all new fluids and filters and a new battery was installed for the new season
Now, when getting ready to put it in the water it wouldn't start. I believe no power is getting to the starter because it isnt clicking like usual. Im thinking that it may be the fuse but im not sure. Any ideas or anyone else have this problem?

ps we did find a black wire just kinda hanging out behind the dash that might have been a ground for the starter but again im not sure.
