price will all depend on your connections... I know not a help, contact your local mc dealer and ask!

i don't have hard figures but there are a few new owners on here with that boat, you might do a search.. my guess, with those options, being an MC and a 40th anniversary.. full retail is probably hovering somewhere over the $100k mark.. however, most dealers will not be charging that and if you wait a season you can save an additonal 25-30k off that price with a slighly used one.. good luck and remember, the two happiest days of your life are when you get your boat and when you finally sell your boat..

$80-$90k?

Damn that's expensive.

I think they are dirt cheap... everyone and their dog has one around here...

I always think with a big ticket purcahse like that... I like it to be customized to my liking... and original... not some "special edition" that everyone has...

Don't get me wrong... great looking boat... great boat....

Go big or go home!!!

Trim tabs? add 4k for the LY6 above the MCX

Think you have to do a little more research in regards to options and such...

Go to your local dealer and ask.

Pricing would be about the 95k list price mark... 40th are in limited numbers,,, 10-20% off list depending on the dealer?

4k for the engine upgrade? I know the LY6 is the business but thats crazy, surely the engine cannot be that much more expensive to make than the trusty 350 chev?
Old     (gti2lo)      Join Date: Nov 2005       05-27-2008, 6:12 PM Reply
Front whip is attached to the dock... cleat...on boat.

I believe the LY6 is about $2300 more... $4k over the RTP....

Negotiate with dealer as every dealer has different "sell" prices based on volume, CSI etc.

Texas Ski Ranch has one on their showroom floor right now for $79,900.

79,900 seams more realistic. still a lot of coin but if you make it then i guess spend it.

Realistically, for what you mentioned, you should be around 90K.

These are msrp values

2008 40th anniversary x-star-regular xstar=84,560. I would guess you could add 2-3k for the ann. package.

bimini cover-900
tonneau cover-220
cockpit cover-500
Tower mirror (extreme)-560
2 speakers with 2 lights front, and a 3 bar lights back-2360 and 1270
6cd stereo with ipod int + sirius-350???, 270, 340
heater-610
transom saver-230
underwater lighting-600???
bow filler cushion-590
anchor-260
bow ladder-400
trim tabs-1080-don't need
hydraulic steering-1320
Trailer 40th anniversary-guessing a 2000 upgrade
Motor MCX 350-2730

Please just tell me the difference for the LY6 also. Add 3000 to MCX upgrade.

The MSRP is probably right at 100k with MCX or 103k with the LY6. Take around 10% off for this time of the year. If you wait another month or 2 you might be able to get 15-20% off MSRP. So right now for that boat you should be around 90k.

the one i saw at TSR last saturday had a msrp of something like 90k+ and had their "special" price of $79,9--. Maybe this was a memorial wknd special?
Anywho, its a great looking boat, wish I could afford one!

I’m sure I could come up with something to do with an extra $40K
