Pretty sweet man! The best part is the beginning where he pops up and you say, "Where is the rest of him?" He's such a little guy, so cool to see him riding that well already.

Once he gets his progressive edge down, his light weight will allow him to simply float across the wake.

That is so cool. He's a natural shredder Mike, you should be proud and also take some of the credit for the awesome lessons.

Mike,

I want to start my kids (5 & 3) on the wakeboard (they use a horseshoe ski now), one of my concerns is them having the strength to flip the board over if they fall face first. Did you boy have an issue with that? Also how tight do you make the bindings, is he able to get out of them?
Old     (cccbuilders)      Join Date: Jun 2007       08-28-2008, 6:01 AM Reply
AJ is stoked and says thanks for all your support!!
hey mike, He learned after a few times to rollover the board it just takes practice an determination. Before that we would help him roll it over. I recommend using a helmet, the little ones have less control over the board when the fall.

"the little ones have less control over the board when the fall." and you probably forgot to warn him the wake was up to his chin and the water wasn't all that great either - hahahaha

That's really awesome, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him in the future!
