I have a 89 barefoot nautique and I know I need some weight in the boat. The problem I am haveing now is that the wake is nice and big but the top is white wash no matter wut rope lenght. is unweighted. Since the barefoot nautique has a real deep v, would it help to put more weight in teh front of the boat. Also wherr can I getthe cheapest fatsacs that are about 500 pounds??
Thanks,
Chris

I'm guessing it's washed on both sides...
Put more weight in the front or you could speed up to clean the wake. Try running between 21 and 23mph. You could get sand bags and put them up in the bow instead of a sac. Usually those old nautiques only need between 500 and 700 lbs in the rear plus about 200-300 up front and you've got a fun wake.
You could check e-bay for fat sacs or the classified sections on wake sites - just be careful with who and how you deal on those sites.
