I am currently gathering the materials to build my own winch. I have a 10hp motor already. I was wondering if anyone had a materials list from their buildup. Or where I could get one.

these are the links to pretty much all of the parts you will need to build a winch. you will have to buy the steel for the frame, the nuts and bolts, and key stock. I cant find where i bought my key stock. but it came in 1 1/4 inch pieces and you need a total of 3 so i bought 6. they are very cheap.
The links above are the cheapest is was able to find all of these parts. and all of them had quick shipping, i had no problems with any of these companies or parts. One thing i highly recommend, is that every Allen set screw, you put blue loc tite on they tend to come loose after about 5 minutes of run time. put some loc tite on, and let it sit for a a few hours before you run it. Hope this helps

not 100% sure on the speed it pulls. but if i could change anything i would make the spool diameter a little bigger. mine is 6 inches on the dot. i wish it was 7 at least though. if your building one. thats what i recomend.
