I've been considering getting some new bindings for next year. I am leaning toward one of the 08 Slingshot boots but I have a question on sizing. How true do they fit? I have been using 10-11 Shane's which seem to fit well. I have also used my brother's 9-10 Shane's which are a tad small. If I were to get new Slingshot's should I go with 10 or 11? Any help is greatly appreciated.

what size shoe do you wear? if you are a shoe size 10 or 10.5 i would go with 11's. i have a 10.5 foot and i wear a 10-11 in the Watson's (pretty sure they would fit the same as Shanes), and i also have size 11 D2's...they fit perfectly! i actually have an extra pair of D2's that i'm considering selling. let me know if you're interested.

Yeah I wear a 10.5 usually so I figured I would get an 11 but since I could almost fit into the 9-10 it made me question things. I have been leaning more toward the pb floyd's but i might be interested in the d2's. I still have to get rid of another pair of bindings before I buy. Thanks for the help.

11 it is then. I'm leaning toward the PB Floyds. I'd be interested in hearing about experiences with both the D2 and PB Floyds

D2's are super comfy...you can ride forever in them with out your feet getting sore. they have awesome heel lock too...i have yet to experience any heel lift. they are a pretty stiff boot. if you ride without the ankle brace you'll experience a little more flexibility. i would assume that the Floyds are pretty similar, but more flexible.

if for whatever reason you decide there is a tad more room in your boots... just put a thin footbed insert in the bottom and that will squeeze things up a bit, it is what i did. it is a lot easier to make custom changes to a slightly large boot than a boot that is too tight. tooo tight and you are SOL.

i'm 10.5 and got an 11 D2.

I've got an 11 foot and an 11 D2. My size 4 nine year old can ollie my board in the size 11's when I tighten the inner laces.
I'd go bigger than smaller.
