Any advice on some last minute post operative hard core ACL surgery exercise advise before I hit that wake again?
I'm wanting to really push it this month then get my feet wet in April.
Surgery was October 2nd.

I'm envious. I just had my surgery 2 weeks ago, I'm not even onto rehab yet. I'll be kissing this year goodbye.

I feel for ya Jeffrey. Hows that automated range of motion machine treating you?

Nevermind about the advice on some last minute hard core exercises. I figured it all out. I actually live off a bike path so I just bought a bicycle. I imagine if I rode this 5 or 15 miles a day I should be in tip top shape come April.

Hey Xgirl start swimming. Low impact exercises that build leg strength are great in the pool-
and seriously biking is also a great way to rehab the knee
