I want a pylon, can i take it off quickly?

My parents wont let me weight down the boat or anything because they want a nice ski wake, the next thing I want is a pylon, but the boat needs to fit into out shore station. can a pylon be taken off in a matter of minutes? by one person? please let me know because the place where I put my rope is about 4-5 inches from the water and it pulls me down instead of up. these message boards helped me get into the wakeboard camp, now i need you guys to help me get my pylon thanks a bunch
