I am finalizing my orders for Malibu and would love your input on color schemes. sometimes as dealers we get lost in the " Safe Color" mode and do not think outside the box. Any new ideas would be great.

IMO... Blacks and greys are great. Tans and browns are awful. Vibrant colors should be kept simple like this...

having the deck constantly in white gets old, I ordered my new boat with a black deck, but some solid colours would be a nice change, blue, grey, I ordered black.....anyone agree?

I agree with GD. I also like hulls being white on the bottom, so they don't show gravel and rock dings as easily as other colors.

I;ve got a boat with black and gray in it. The grey is fine, but gets hotter than you think in the sunlight. The black is awful for maintenance. I've said I'll never own another black vehicle, and that goes for boats as well. Personally, the blue on the Malibu's is my favorite. I like the schemes simple....

I have an almost all black boat, had an all white one before it.I don't notice much difference in the getting hot part, but the maintenance is another story.I can say black forces you to take care of your boat or it will look like crap after one outing.Black gel looks so great when it's kept up.

Bret, the Sunscape 23 and Sunscape 247 from the 2009 brochure are 2 of the best looking boats I have seen. I would avoid the wakesetter graphic as much as possible as well. That graphic will be out dated by February. Go clean and simple.

Polarbill- We have that exact 247 on our lake and I happen to have a boat very similar to the bottom one on order. I miss not being able to do the color matched towers, as it adds so much to the look of the boat.We have this boat in stock.

That looks good, but would look really good without the wakesetter graphic. It is too bad they got rid of the Illusion and Illusion XS. That boat would look better with a gloss black tower. White boats like the one I posted look a ton better with a white tower.

Brady needs to add the A-Team Van as his tow vehicle and then he's set. Looks sweet!
