infant/child vest

There was a thread about a year or so ago that was about child vests. A lot of people got one from canada that they said work the best after trying many out. I searched with a bunch of different keywords, but didn't find the thread I was looking for. Does anybody know the name of the company that makes these vests?

Not very sure but I have used a Body Glove vest for both kids to this point and I just picked up a West Marine for 1/2 off end up being $19 bucks. Main thins with the infant vest is make sure they are the nylon not neopreen (neo is too hot) and that they have the May West head float thing in the back.
