normal for 04 premier to have faded bottom

I just got my 04 premier in the mail and when i open it i was shocked. The bottom look sto be fadded. You can see brown through the black. I was wondering if this was normal? I would think if you spent that kind of money you would get better quality?

is it a dna with the jib base??

The top of my 02 Premier DNA has seriously faded. Black area has turned a brownish/red. When I removed my bindings a few months ago it was very noticeable.

it is not a dna but it does say jib on it. It is brand new and i just figured it would have a better finish. You can see brown through the black.

That's just the color of the board. I have the same exact board with the jib base and that's how mine looks. It's not that it's made cheaply, it's just the color of the board. The jib base is kind of a waxy material and it makes the base look a little different. Don't worry about it at all, it's supposed to be like that.

Yea it should be a dark brown and black on the bottom thats the way it comes.
