Any reason I cant use a snowboard helmet as a wakeboard helmet for just one day at ski rixen? Thanks.

thats funny that you thought about that too. i'm going to use my snowboard helmet this year. it looks the same.

might end up weighing a ton after it gets wet tho....

I wear my capix wake cap snowboarding...

God for it! The only downside will be that since it has open-cell foam, it will take on lots of water. Which shouldn't be a problem, since it's used to holding up that fat head anyway;)

Alright thanks I'll try it...should I cut out any padding that would act liek a sponge?

If you cut the padding out, I think it would make the helmet fit more poorly... whether it's worse to have a heavy helmet, or a bad-fitting helmet, I'm not sure. Pick the lesser of the two evils!!
