The new 08' digital JL amps will be hard to beat. Alpine PDX amps are good to, the size alone would make installation a breeze.

I've got the alpine pdx amps and luv them. their small size and effeciency make them well worth the money

You're going to get bent over if you buy a system from Overtons.

i'd rather slam my pecker in a steel door than buy from overton's. well, not really, but i'm sure you get the point.

I would put best buy and overton's on the same level, but overton's is twice as much.

to be honest leave the stock system in for 800 you would be better off buying gas.

When you say "system" what all do you mean? Do you need a sub and an amp, tower speakers, cabin speakers, head unit, what are you looking for? Honestly you can't beat most of the deals on Ebay but a lot of the stuff may not come with a warranty unless covered by the seller so there is some risk involved. That said I have yet to have a problem and have purchased nearly all my stuff from there.

liquid trends has new tower boxes this year that are really cool. their single cans are super nice as well.
