Might be good for practicing on a trampoline if you could get some sandal bindings or something on there.

Haha. I tried to use a friends subskate on a trampoline and could not do anything with it to save my life. It's made of foam and has way too much flex for a trampoline. they're fun underwater though, until they go vertical and shoot towards your gens.

I already have more than one day of leaning/ experience of this... just not several years like many... yet...
