Abyss S800 white or blue?

Looking for an opinion from those who have taken the underwater LED plunge.

Considering two Abyss S800 for the rear of my X-45. I ride on a large inland lake that has a nice green tint most of the summer.

The question is white or blue?

I like the blue, but concerned they will not penetrate as far as the white. Also, boat has red led's throughout the interior and perhaps blue would be a bit "fugly".

I have been around the board for some time and do know how to use the search tool and spent much time last year watching the underwater led testing.

I have three blues on the back of my boat also with red Led's throughout. They look good and shine plenty far but not as far as whites will but they look much better.

what hate said but I only have two lites back there they are the bullet lines they were cheep and work good my river is a dark green so they don't lite as far as they would in cleaner water but all in all I am happy with the results here are a couple pics

or buy new you can buy the same lites I have on e-bay they are $169 for two of them

I think the blue is way better looking. I think unless your goal is to actually see something in the water, the blue provides a much better 'mood' and 'gee whiz' factor.

I have the blue S600 on my X45. I think you are smart to go with the 800. Mine are not all that bright.
