Is the sacramento river open and warm enough to wakeboard in today [4/13]?

Just looked out the window from the Federal Courthouse and I see a boat but can't make out what they are doing. Too far away. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

Heck yeah it's open! We been hitting that water all year. Since the rain was somewhat lacking this year there isint too much debris, except north on the river. Other than that you should be good to go!
