My truck just rolled over on 100,000 and hit 3300 hours. I have checked with 3 other guys and its close to what they are showing is this close to boat hr v mi I know we are at 3,000 rpm doing 24 mph on the boat and on the truck its 2600 rpm going 75 mph

2nd what Craig said. You CANNOT accurately compare (or even ballpark) engine wear in an automobile vs engine wear in a boat using a single metric like hours or miles. Therefore, trying to come up with some sort of hours to miles conversion also cannot give you an accurate comparison.

So when a boat has 400 hours is that like a high milage car?

How do you factor in towing at 24 MPH putting back to pick up the guy then hitting it to pull him out. It like a fast take off in a corvette on in a city street with 22 stop signs?
