idaho falls

I am interviewing on Tues for one of 4 sales territories. The only one I don't know a lot about is in Idaho Falls. From looking at Google Maps, there are no goo lakes close by. Can you ski and board on the river? IIRC I saw people skiing on the river in front of the LDS temple. Is that still doable. I see a large lake clear down by Pocatello...

I could gladly take an offer in a small city as long as there isi skiable water close by.

Any info would be much appreciated.

You can ski in parts of the river. Just don't go over the falls. JK.

There is a place called Black Tail that is about 20 minutes outside of IF. And Palisades is only about 45 minutes to an hour away. Both have some really nice water, a little cold but nice.

Which direction is Black Tail from IF?

Blacktail is East of IF off Lincoln Road and it is part of Ririe Resevoir. You can ski the river, Palasades, American Fall Resevoir.

yeah you can even live on parts of the river and have a dock in your backyard too. I work in IF every month so I would be happy to be a third when in town
