Why would you have a shower on a wakeboard/ski boat? What purpose does it serve?

The only thing I can think of is a fresh water shower for riding in salt water.

Enlighten me please.

John ~ I know that some people use the hot water to warm up their wetsites before riding. Winter season of course.

Yep just for those cold mornings you can warm up before or after your run. Heaters are nice to.

I also use it to hose the boat down when we go to Pillsbury(nasty dirt road).

I use it to spray down all the pop and beer my moron friends spill. Its also really nice to put hot water in my neo gloves before winter sets.

John,
If you're running in salt water, then that's what you get through the shower. I'll echo everyone else's sentiments - warming up the wetsuit on the second run, or yourself when you get out. You socal boys don't know much about cold weather/water conditions, but the shower is a wonderful thing to have, along with the heater, as well as the heated driver's seat....

I warm up the suit before I ever get in. Really reduces that shock you get from 50 degree water.
I don't use it much in warm weather though.

Warming up the wetsuits and the girls use it as a shower on the multi-day trips.
