towerbiminis.com here's a pic of mine. Product is bomb proof and a sinch to take down and put up. MY tower is naked, but I have tower speakers now and there are 2 buttons you push on my bimin to have it drop about a foot so when it is closed up it will be under your speakers if you have them

I have the same boat 06 x1 and I got the factory bimini. Love everything about it.
