i don't think the shanes are. i think Ronix Cells and LF transits are the most comfortable anywhere. I've tried the Ronix scout on and it seemed to be really comfortable too but i didn't ride it.

I 2nd the Ronix Cell bindings. I tried on 10 different bindings at a local shop (Yes, sales guy was annoyed). The Ronix is what I ended up with and no looking back.

Shanes at the moment. Havent tried Ronix yet. I have no pinch points in the shanes, the foot bed is like ridding on air, and my feet never go to sleep or hurt at all.

2005 Nice RG-1s. I keep thinking that someone will have a more comfortable binding but nothing I've demoed compares. I don't like the feeling of cloth material rubbing against my feet as opposed to the material Nice uses (used?) Plus the hold down is unbelievable! Maybe I need to give Ronix a demo though.

What's the comfiest binding with the most ankle support? The support is more important to me than the comfort but both would be good. Considering 2006 Fuses, Watsons or Zeus (good prices on these at the mo). Any opinions much appreciated as there is no possibility for me to demo.

The zeus fits my foot the best. Different bindings fit different feet differently; however, I have yet to demo Ronix bindings. I'm a member of the Department of redundancy department.

How much different are the Cell's from the One's?

eubanks, the cells are designed to be stiff. there is a rigid back design that flexes instead of folding, with the ones, they're alittle more flexable, instead of being "stiff" molded inside, the ones are a "medium" density mold. basically, the cells are going to be more firm with less give, and the opposite with the ones, alittle more forgiving with more flex.

Thats right. I am waiting for Ronix to get all the flaws worked out before i try them. I have had bad luck in the past with buying first year bindings.
