Tacking Fins?

I'm currently selling a 06 Moomba LSV (Mobius) and it has a set of tracking fins. I'm currently looking at buying a X45 and it does not have tracking fins. How important are tracking fins? Can I expect the X45 not to track as well when I'm towing a boarder?}

I have an X2 which is (i think) the same hull as an x45 but only 20ft and it tracks fine. I heard the reason for no ins is they have deeper Vs so it isnt needed. That is a huge boat so i doubt you'd feel pull at all
