Any advice on protecting your board from slider damage? I know its going to wear but is there anything you can do to slow down the process?

Sorry if this has been posted before.

Seriously though... you'll eventually destroy it. My best advice would be to get a slingshot, roam or other rail specific board. That being said... my 2006 Premier with jib rails has been a TANK and I've yet to break it... its in bad shape with tons of holes and chunks missing... but still kicks it daily. I wouldn't regularly jib my boat board.

08 is slimmer and doesnt have jib rails... if you shred alot... you'll be sure to break it. Just bein honest.
