Maybe I'm just cheap. But I just went to buy two tickets through ticketmaster. To buy two $10 tickets printed out with my own computer, the total came to $35.13. How the F does $20 worth of tickets end up costing $35?! Does anybody know where else to get tickets that isn't such a rip-off? Will it sell out or would I be OK getting tickets at the door?

I know it's only $15, but come on...

Ticketmaster is the worst thing ever. The face value of the ticket should be what the damn price is. I recently bought some Tom Petty Tickets, face value, $79.00. By the time I was done thy had added on $22 worth of handling fees and other BS. So now my $79 tickets cost $101.

You can get tix at Showbox downtown by the market for $12 ea. I would think it will sell out so I'd get them as fast as possible.

I spoke to Kilgus and he's really upset with the whole ticket master issue. If he knew they were charging fees like that he would have never done business with them. He asked that I post something to apologize and also asked people to just purchase at the door for face value.

Hahn, Does he expect there will be enough tickets leftover that they will be available at the door?

I bought mine at ticketmaster and one ticket cost just over $13. They like to gouge with other fees especially if you pay with a credit card or had them mailed to you.

I don't know how the heck you got them so cheap... I just did the cheapest pickup method possible, here's what Ticketmaster quoted:

Item Charge
Tickets ("Drive" Video Premier Party)
FULL PRICE ADULT TICKET-ALL AGES US $10.00 x 2
Total Convenience Charge(s) US $3.40 x 2
Additional Taxes US $0.34
Order Processing Charge(s) US $5.36
Will Call No Charge
TOTAL CHARGES US $32.50

"Convenience charges" and "order processing charges"... fancy way of saying BEND OVER...

So... anywhere else to buy tickets? Any retail locations going to be selling them?

I'm sure there will be tickets available because everyone's so irritated with ticketmaster. But you better get there early just in case!

You can go to the Showbox Market venue and pick them up there, but they have a $2 charge. At the door will be $10, no additional charges. I do not know why they have some many charges!

Just make sure to get in line early!

I went to the local ticket master. $10 plus a $3 dollar service charge. If you can get them at the showbox that is probably the best bet but someone told me they would sell out soon. I really don't like to give my money to ticket master but I don't want to show up and have no tickets available.
