Has anyone ever patched a hole in their exhaust? I don't think I can afford to replace it right now. (eventhough I probably should) So, I'm wondering how hard it would be to patch it and what to use... I'm thinking duct tape probably wouldn't be the answer... Thanks!

I would guess that duct tape wouldn't work for too long. I assume the part that is leaking is the fiberglass tube. If that is the case go to walmart spend $10 and get a fiberglass repair kit. You should be able to have it patched up in 20 minutes then let it sit for a day to cure.

well if its on the manifold, use JB weld or a muffler sealer. If its leaking out the back get some fiberglass repair.

Those 2 holes at the back are supposed to be there.

JB weld or similar on the manifolds will last a season or two. Glass the tubes at the rear well and they will last for years.
Both repairs under $10 !
